How to Use

After rinsing out the PLEX Strengthening Relaxer thoroughly, saturate hair with Step #3 PLEX Strengthening Treatment. Process for 10 minutes (DO NOT APPLY HEAT WHILE PROCESSING). Rinse out PLEX Strengthening Treatment and proceed to neutralizing shampoo.
